Here’s a delicious coffee sipper I made for Amarula a few weeks ago. At the tail end of Pumpkin Spice season, this seems appropriate for all lovers of a cup (or van flask) of Joe.
Pumpkin Spiked Latte (An Espresso Martini Riff)
2 oz Amarula Plant Based Liqueur 1 oz Orange Liqueur 0.25 oz Amaretto 1 oz Fresh Espresso 0.75 oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup (link for method) Shake VIGOROUSLY over ice (because espresso martinis need to be colder than my heart on an icy day). Pour into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a cinnamon quill and a sprinkle of pie spice. CHEERS!
