Martini have released a brand new aperitivo and I am here for it! It is super easy to make a classic spritz with, but I also used the bitter fortified wine to make a botanical version of a classic gin sour.

Golden Hour Sour
1 oz Martini Fiero
1.5 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
0. 25 oz of peach juice
0.75 oz orange and rosemary simple syrup* (I used 0.5 oz as I like my drinks a little more zesty.)
1 oz egg white
Dry shake without ice, wet shake with ice. Pour into a coup glass and garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel. Serve with sass, of course.
* Rosemary and Orange Simple Syrup
Add one cup of sugar to one cup of boiling water in a pan with the peel of one orange and and three springs. Simmer for 10 minutes then leave to cool for 30 minutes. Strain and store. This should make enough syrup for 10 cocktails.
If you're looking for a more traditional Martini Fiero offering, why not go in for a Fiero Spritz, which is super refreshing and delicious.
Fiero Spritz
2oz Martini Fiero
2oz Martini Prosecco
1oz soda water
Serve over ice in a balloon glass and garnish with an orange slice!
